Grace has conducted complex investigations and equity reviews under internal human rights or workplace violence policies in non-profit organizations, large complex workplaces, municipalities, educational institutions and unionized workplaces. Grace has investigated allegations of sexual harassment, human rights violations, workplace bullying and harassment involving staff, management, faculty and students.
Grace conducts her work in a trauma informed and anti-oppression framework incorporating active listening and strong analytical skills. She ensures all participants in the investigation process feel safe to share their concerns.
Procedural fairness and natural justice are always top of mind, and you can be confident in the process and findings of an investigation.
